Your rank
sets your
salary.

Buy an employee. It gets paid in real stock — Apple, Nvidia, Tesla — straight into its own wallet. Promote it and it earns more.

Hiring is the mint — one employee, one NFT, paid for in $VEST.

The VestFloor office
01

Buy an employee

100,000 $VEST. Half of it is burned on the spot.

02

It gets paid

Every badge earns real tokenized stock, paid into a wallet only it owns. Interns included.

03

Promote it, earn more

A CEO takes 7.0× what an Intern takes. Selling resets it to Intern.

Hiring mints the NFT. There is no separate mint button.

Hired
1,200 / 1,200

Badges minted so far. The rest are held by the market contract and sold at a flat price, in the order they were minted.

Payday pot
0.0066ETH

60% of every ETH fee the protocol charges is credited here; the other 40% goes to the treasury. Once the pot passes the threshold, any wallet can open a Payday round and keep 0.5% of it for the gas.

Progress to Payday
100.0%

How close the pot is to the threshold that opens the next round. At 100% any wallet can open it.

Available to hire
0

Badges held by the market contract right now, available immediately at 100,000 $VEST.

Employee price
100,000$VEST

The same for every badge in the collection. The desk only sells; it never buys one back. Half of the price burns and half goes to the payroll pool.

Notional
0.00100ETH

What one badge is worth in ETH, taken from the $VEST/WETH time-weighted average price. Every ETH fee in the protocol is a percentage of this figure.

$VEST burned
49,850,000

Removed from supply permanently: half of every 100,000 $VEST hire, half of every Fast Track purchase, and half of every deposit from a defended Boardroom Challenge.

Salary paid
$9,196

Tokenized stock actually delivered into badge wallets, valued at the Chainlink price at the moment of each payment.

The eight ranks

Points, Reinvest and Tenure are what each rank costs to enter, and the tenure is served in the rank below. Seats is the collection-wide cap on that rank. Weight multiplies the share of every Payday. Fast Track is the $VEST price, where there is one.

A new weight does not count for 24 hours, so a rank taken minutes before a Payday pays at the old weight. Any transfer of the badge, sale or gift, resets it to Intern and clears its Performance Points. The CEO row lists requirements, but no promotion fills a CEO position.

What can go wrong

The payout depends on trading volume, and transferring a badge resets its rank to Intern.

Salary depends on volume

Payday distributes fees the protocol collects. Less trading means fewer fees and a smaller payroll pool. Rank weight sets your share of it. It does not add to it.

Transfer resets the rank

The desk never buys a badge back, so OpenSea is the only exit. The badge arrives at its new holder as an Intern with no Performance Points. Severance returns 25% of what the current holder spent on Fast Track, vested over 7 days, and nothing else.

Positions are capped

Manager and above are limited to 349 positions across the whole collection. Once a rank is full, the only way in is a Boardroom Challenge against a named holder. No promotion fills a CEO position, even when one is empty.

The owner can withdraw

Protocol contracts include an owner withdrawal function, and it reaches the payroll pools, not only fee revenue. The owner can also add positions to any capped rank.

Thin stock liquidity

On-chain ETH/stock pools are shallow, and one of the six tickers has no pool at all. Payday therefore settles from a pre-funded inventory at the Chainlink price rather than through a swap.

Not available everywhere

Swapping into tokenized stock is restricted for US residents. Payouts are fee redistribution, not dividends or equity.
